Pneumeric, with a valuation of $9 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company has designed and developed a medical device named Capnospot. The device assures the user that therapeutic decompression has been successful and helps to remove the concern of human misjudgment. Pneumeric’s Capnospot uses visual color change to confirm successful decompression and changes its color from blue to yellow. Pneumeric has signed a patent license with Mayo Clinic for the Capnospot device and has established a manufacturing partnership with Naglreiter. Johnathan Aho founded Pneumeric in July 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the production setup, salaries, marketing and sales, and working capital.
