Prime Harvest is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Dalmore Group as the Broker-Dealer. It is a full-service cannabis corporation that is horizontally diversified across the various aspects of the cannabis value chain. The business is engaged in the direct-to-consumer sales of high-quality cannabis and is focused on cannabis strain development, cultivation, extraction, purification, formulation, and management of cannabis-related services. Eulenthius Alexander founded Prime Harvest in 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $42 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for location licensing and acquisition, mobile app and technology development, marketing and promotion, and general and administrative expenses.
