Proctor360, with a valuation of $15.7 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company is developing solutions for monitoring online exams through remote proctoring. The demand for such solutions has shot up with the increasing use of online classes and blended instruction models. Proctor360 has developed its remote proctoring platform and completed the production of the first version of its 360 Total View headset. Ganga Bathula and Kranthi Bathula founded Proctor360 in October 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $2,000,001. The campaign proceeds will be used for customer acquisition and marketing, software enhancement, production and inventory, and compensation for managers.
