Promithian Global Ventures, with a valuation of $45.2 million, is raising funds on TruCrowd. The company aims to become a fully integrated mill, refiner, and processor of precious metals. The business will construct a toll mill near the Aboso gold mine and split the revenue with the local miner. Promithian Global Ventures will also mine its own property and convert precious metals into alloyed products to be sold to jewelry and industrial sectors. Philip J. Wheelton founded Promithian Global Ventures in February 2008. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1.25 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, purchase of real property, repayment of obligations, and general working capital.
