RUNE, with a valuation of $44 million, is raising funds on Hospitality Multiple. It is a 28,000-square feet hotel development in Boulder, Colorado. RUNE will be a luxury hotel with three stories, 14 residences, and three elevated F&B concepts from Michelin 3-star chef Brian Lockwood. The other special features of RUNE will be its bathhouse with three different baths, a cold plunge, and hammam rituals, a curated market with artisan goods, a signature Japanese knife brand, and a fish market, and customized itineraries. Adam Wertz founded RUNE in January 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $1 million and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for architecture and engineering, future wages, and general working capital.
