[Closed for Investment] Simple Labs, with a valuation of $7 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The company has developed a patented hardware and SaaS platform to help in wine barrel monitoring. The platform, Cogni, monitors overall barrel health by continuously monitoring temperature, humidity, free and molecular SO2, pH, acetic acid, ethanol, phenol, fill level, and internal barrel pressure.
