Starfighters Space is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Digital Offering as the Broker-Dealer. The company privately operates a fleet of seven F-104 one- and two-seat aircraft. Starfighters Space’s supersonic flights are capable of flying at MACH 2 with air-launch rockets in development through the Starfighters STARLAUNCH program. The capabilities of Starfighters Space’s aircraft also include suborbital and orbital launches of experiments and small payloads. Rick Svetkoff founded Starfighters Space in 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $35 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for business strategy, research and development, pilot training, sales and marketing, inventory, and capital expenses.
