About this raise

Stock-Wars is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Andes Capital as the Broker-Dealer. The company is developing a skills-based stock market game with a simulated stock market experience. Stock-Wars will enable its participants, called Portfolio Managers, to build portfolios of stocks with virtual funds called a War Chest and attempt to generate higher returns than other portfolio managers. The game will mimic the fantasy games offered by online gaming entities and will be available online and through a mobile app. Ted Price founded Stock-Wars in 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $8 million and a maximum target of $15 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for development, software licenses, rent, travel, communications, and miscellaneous expenses.
