Stringify, with a valuation of $21 million, is raising funds on OurCrowd through Reg D 506(c) raise. The company has developed a platform on which IoT devices can connect and interact. Stringify creates a consumer-facing interface layer for unified control of diverse devices and applications and a marketplace for applications that operate devices across the Stringify infrastructure. Mike Yurochko, David Evans, and Yaron Sheba founded Stringify in 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.
