Swank Atlanta is raising funds on Small Change. It is an upcoming luxury townhouse development on the Atlanta Beltline in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. Swank Atlanta will include up to 14 townhomes with floor-to-ceiling windows, open-roof terraces, and spa amenities. The project has a secured construction loan term sheet and market validation and will be completed in phases. Mothusi Phometsi founded Swank Atlanta in May 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $150,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the cost of construction, short-term payables, soft costs, platting, and pre-sales activities.
