SynergyMed

SynergyMed, with a valuation of $18.5 million, is raising funds on OurCrowd through Reg D 506(c) raise. The company has developed a medical 3D visualization and printing platform to design and 3D print patient-specific surgical tools and implants. The proprietary software-only platform of SynergyMed is hardware agnostic and can be used with any printer. The technology has already been used for 1,200 surgical procedures across 16 surgical disciplines, and plans to expand to the US and receive FDA approval. Anan Copty and Rob Roy founded SynergyMed in January 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $2.8 million. The campaign proceeds will be used to expand into the US market and continue to develop the software.
