The land will be developed into a project, The Seven, consisting of a 7-unit 4-story multifamily building, with 551 square-feet of ground floor retail. The project is strategically located and is expected to generate good returns for investors. Daniel J. Mirabel and Brenly E. Tolentino founded The Seven in January 2025. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $650,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for the payment of the first mortgage loan, operating capital, loan fees, interest reserves, and pre-development soft costs.
