Toybox Labs, with a valuation of $40 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The company has developed its proprietary 3D printer and platform for children to print their personalized toys at home. Both children and adults can use the platform to find, design, and print toys and other functional items at home using any tablet, phone, or computer. Toybox Labs generates revenue by selling its 3D printers, Printer Food, play packs, and premium toys and generated $10.1 million in revenue in 2021. Benjamin Baltes founded Toybox Labs in February 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum RegCF target of $25,000, a minimum raise target of $25,000, and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion, payroll and overhead, research and development, and legal expenses.
