They’ve developed a social platform for service that bartenders and managers can use to find job options based on their strengths and skill sets. Called PlantedPeople.com, it makes hiring easy. Simply browse and choose from a pool of vetted, proven employees to fill part-or-full time positions, or use the platform to showcase your company’s latest products or coordinate tastings. PlantedPeople.com cam also facilitate product sales competitions between local restaurants and bars, and reward the service industry staff with incentives and prizes. The site is currently live, and it’s already finding success. In 2017, they used an early prototype for staff incentives, and ended up increasing the company’s sales for two months by nine times based on the year before. In another staff incentive, they sold twelve times the amount from the year before.
