W Motorhome Sales North America, with a valuation of $21 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is bringing compact, technologically-advanced, and luxurious motorhomes to customers in North America. It is an exclusive distributor of Wingamm Group’s recreational vehicles in North America and has already received 10,000 inquiries and 200 pre-orders. The revenue generated from the sales of the RVs will be attributed to the authorized dealership partners of W Motorhome Sales North America net of a dealership processing fee and certain allowed costs. Tony Diamond and Michael Sloan founded W Motorhome Sales North America in September 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $1.23 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for research and development, inventory, sales and marketing, and general and administrative expenses.
