Xage Security, with a valuation of $85 million, is raising funds on OurCrowd through Reg D 506(c) raise. The company provides state-of-the-art cybersecurity services for operational technology and other industrial applications. Xage’s solution, Zero Trust, provides a cybersecurity mesh that does away with traditional network perimeters and authorizes identity and access according to companies’ security policies. Duncan Greatwood, Susanto Irwan, and Roman Arutyunov founded Xage Security in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $4,340,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.
