Xairos, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is building a global timing service demonstrated to be more accurate and secure than GPS timing. The business deploys Quantum Clock Technology that uses laser communications to provide accurate timing through satellite and fiber networks. Xairos has received a $250,000 grant from the State of Colorado and contracts of $500,000 from NASA, the US Air Force, and the US Navy. David Mitlyng and Dr. James Troupe founded Xairos in March 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for research and development, company employment, and operations.
