Laegacy, with a post-money valuation of $4.15 million, is raising crowdfunding on NetCapital. The company is building a personalized electric vehicle charging platform that allows electric vehicle owners to charge their vehicles anywhere, anytime. The users get to design the network by requesting charging locations. Alec Jansen and Dwi Sutandar founded Laegacy in March 2020. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $106,950, and the proceeds will be used towards marketing, office space and supplies, accounting services, legal services, software development, and operational expenses. Laegacy has received funding from National Science Foundation Midwest and has won one national and one international competition award.
