Baton Roux is raising funds on Honeycomb. The food truck sells Cajun food in Tampa, Florida. The authentic Cajun cuisine of Baton Roux includes crawfish etouffee, Cajun red beans and rice with sausage, chicken and sausage jambalaya, beignets, and seafood gumbo. The business uses traditional recipes and authentic ingredients to prepare its food items. Alexis Williams founded Baton Roux in March 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $100,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for the buildout of a brick-and-mortar location, rent deposit, architect costs, beginning inventory and supplies, auto loan, marketing, and working capital.
