Bible Smugglers, the first movie about Bible smuggling, is raising funds on WeFunder. It is the true story of captain Bill Tinsley and the underground Chinese church and the smuggling of 1 million Bibles into China in 1981. The movie aims to bring people closer to God and His Word. Bible Smugglers will be distributed in theatres and as video-on-demand. The movie is being managed by Nathan VonMinden and Keith Rushing, the team behind many successful films. The proceeds of the crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for cast and crew salaries, traveling and lodging costs, and post-production expenses. Bible Smugglers is set for worldwide success, and investors will make money as the movie makes money.
