Equal Exchange is trading with small farmer co-ops and supporting farmer-led innovative programs to build a democratic food system with the participation of farmers, workers, and consumers. Jonathan Rosenthal, Rink Dickinson, and Michael Rozyne founded Equal Exchange in February 1986.
