Gerald Ellenburg and Ryan Koenig founded ERC Communities in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $50 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the construction, development, and acquisition of manufactured home rental communities, marketing, operational expenses, and working capital.
