ERC Communities is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Dealmaker Securities as the Broker-Dealer. It is a build-to-rent real estate development company that wholesales single-family manufactured homes. ERC Communities is currently focused on key Florida markets and will then scale at a run-rate of 3,000 homes per year in the next three years. The manufactured homes built by ERC Communities are affordable and high-quality and provide solid basis for profitable rentals and scaling. Gerald Ellenburg and Ryan Koenig founded ERC Communities in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $50 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the construction, development, and acquisition of manufactured home rental communities, marketing, operational expenses, and working capital.
