f2o Sports, with a valuation of $45 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company plans to acquire a soccer club in Spain and give fans the opportunity to be a part of it. f2o Sports will develop a fan-to-owner technology and dashboard, build an organization structure, and continue to create brand awareness on a global level. f2o Sports’ digital platform, iamf2o, will include a digital wallet, real-time statistics, real-time fan voting, and exclusive player content. Wolfgang Muller, Stafano Angeli, Michael Wright, Enrico Tessarolo, and Andres Fleischer founded f2o Sports in November 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $500,000 and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, tech development, legal expenses, employee compensation, and club acquisition down payment.
