There’s nothing quite as refreshing as drinking an ice-cold beer. Something about it just hits the spot everytime. Now, imagine if with each delicious sip, you could be giving back to heroes each day.
Well, with Fireman’s Brew, that’s exactly what you’re doing. Created by firefighters for firefighters, Fireman’s Brew is an award-winning, well-established craft beer that has a charitable partnership with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, who they donate a portion of their profits to. Established by two active-duty firefighters, with more than 100 active duty and retired firefighters as shareholders, Fireman’s Brew has been serving up refreshing beers for over a decade. Their “off-duty” microbrews include a Blonde, Brunette, Redhead, and IPA, and their “on-duty” (non alcoholic) brews include Root Beer, Cream Soda, and Black Cherry Soda. Their beers are currently sold in 15 states to more than 1,000 locations, and they’re signed with over 30 national distribution companies.
Now, they’re looking to take their brand to the next level by establishing a taproom in the San Fernando Valley. This space would also work as a tasting room and R&D facility, and one of their investors has already signed a letter of intent to purchase the land and build the 10,000 square foot building. The location is ideal, as it’s located between four major Los Angeles freeways and is a ½ mile from a downtown L.A. train stop, giving them a customer base of 1.8 million people. Right now, that population only have two options for microbrewery taprooms, and Fireman’s Brew would be the third.
Right now, their beers’ profit margins are 20% wholesale and 75% retail. Their beers are approachable enough for the non craft drinker, so everyone can find something they like from their brew menu. And now, with this taproom, they want to help get this brew into all firefighters’ hands and meet the people enjoying their beers….all while giving Americans the opportunity to salute the brave people working to keep our communities safe. All that’s left to say is -- cheers to that.
“Who Should Be Interested in This Offer:”
If you love delicious beers, great taprooms, and supporting firefighters -- especially if you’re in the San Fernando Valley area -- then be sure to check out Fireman’s Brew. Their classic microbrews are appealing to everyone, and their charitable partnership with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation can make you feel good about imbibing with their beers. Investing in them will help them take their brand to the next level by establishing a taproom….all while supporting local heroes.
