Forbes Farmhouse Development’s project will be a mixed-use residential community in Miccosukee, Florida, and will be used for vacation rentals and event venue rentals. The company will be involved in the construction, operation, and maintenance of the farmhouse project. Kelvin Harris founded Forbes Farmhouse Development in November 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $200,000 and a maximum target of $535,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for site preparation, general site demolition, storm sewer piping, utility, landscape, and other construction-related expenses.
