Greenflame Resources is raising funds on Dealmaker Securities. It is an oil and gas company that uses sustainable oil extraction methods to support decarbonization. Greenflame Resources has 110 existing wells in Trinidad and Tobago that have the potential to harness 81 million barrels of oil. The business implements carbon capture and sequestration for carbon-neutral gas extraction and has minimal capital expenditures. David Kahn founded Greenflame Resources in August 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for rent and repairs, per-well prep cost, fuel for steam generation, and general and administrative expenses.
