Located along Greenville, one of Dallas’s most walkable streets, Louie King is a modern barbeque joint that fuses urban BBQ with Texas tradition. The team is the same as the one behind the smoked meat hotspot Feed Company, and they plan on bringing their experience to this new concept. Louie King will offer a carefully curated bourbon list and smoked meats, while offering a the options of counter-service lunch or whole-animal roast dinners. All of the meat will be sourced from Texas, and Louie King is one of only a few state restaurants to serve overnight smoked beef ribs the next day.
