Merati Homes, a modular home builder and community developer, is raising crowdfunding on FundMe. The company makes cost-effective, superior quality, and sustainable homes with certainty and speed. It provides both single and multi-family homes after homebuyers select their homes on the website. Kadi Kohea founded Merati Homes in January 2019. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000. The raise proceeds will be used towards sales, marketing, labor costs, and factory and equipment. Merati Homes has already received $15 million in pre-orders without any advertising. The company will be licensing over 25 patents making its units proprietary.
