Mushroom Culture is raising funds on MainVest. It is a mushroom butcher shop and deli in Kansas City, Missouri, that supplies gourmet mushrooms to many premier restaurants. Mushroom Culture grows over twelve varieties of gourmet mushrooms and has serviced 47 food establishments. The business now plans to open a deli to offer high-quality and locally foraged mushrooms from the farm to fork in the form of soups, salads, desserts, and more. Bryan Alley founded Mushroom Culture in June 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $300,000 and a maximum target of $500,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for equipment, the first few months’ employee wages and rent, food supplies, security deposit, and renovations.
