SupportPay

 

SupportPay, with a pre-money valuation of $13.09 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. SupportPay works towards simplifying the child support process by providing a common platform to both parents to manage all the child support, alimony, and child expenses. It tracks all the expenses, enables online payments, provides online dispute management, and keeps the parents equipped with the certified records.

 

SupportPay was founded by Sheri Atwood and has raised more than $7 million in previous rounds of funding. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000. SupportPay already has more than 23,000 customers with a month-over-month growth rate of 21% and has managed over $55 million in child support, alimony, and expenses.

 

Mighty Self

 

Mighty Self, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on MicroVentures. The company manufactures and sells CBD and cannabis-based products as daily nutraceuticals. Mighty Self launched two products in 2018: a CBD product to uplift mood and energy, and a THC-infused product to increase attention and focus.

 

The company was founded by Matthew Runeare and David Rothenberg in 2017 and has raised $140,500 through convertible notes in previous rounds of financing. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, and the proceeds will be used for research and development, manufacturing, marketing, future wages, and equipment purchases. Mighty Self started generating revenues in January 2019 and plans to launch two new products in 2019.

 

Bot Image

 

Bot Image, the developer of ProstatID, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has a pre-money valuation of $10.9 million. ProstatID is an innovative diagnostic platform that is revolutionizing prostate cancer screening. It is designed to provide accurate results, thus eradicating false positives and false negatives.

 

Bot Image was founded by Dr. Randall Jones, and ProstatID is now in the final stages of development. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $9,999 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used for the final stage development and marketing of ProstatID. Bot Image is using highly advanced technology and is all set to bring a paradigm shift in the prostate cancer screening domain.

 

Asprodental

 

Asprodental, a dental practice management software with a post-money valuation of $4.3 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The software is an enterprise SaaS for dentists that offers the management of health records, insurance billing, etc. on one platform. Asprodental also provides consumer interface and eliminates an hour of redundant paperwork per dental workday.

 

The company was founded by Tiffany Nguyen and Kimberly Nguyen in 2018 and is growing well. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $253,000, will be used for feature enhancements, marketing, support and maintenance, and data conversion. Asprodental already has two revenue generating clients and is ready to onboard a third client.

 

Gali Health

 

Gali Health, with a valuation cap of $12 million, is raising crowdfunding on SeedInvest. Gali, the AI-powered mobile personal health assistant, helps people manage and pass through their chronic health conditions. Gali learns from a pool of experts and provides health information and collective intelligence to the patients.

 

Gali Health was founded by Ilya Kupershmidt in 2015 and has raised $2.5 million in previous rounds of pre-seed and seed funding. The current round of crowdfunding has a total size of $900,000, and the proceeds will be used for R&D, marketing, DNA sequencing, and community programs. Gali Health has established collaborations with Stanford Hospital and UCSF and is gaining traction.

 

Spintura

 

Spintura, a new social media platform with crypto rewards, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has a post-money valuation of $6.3 million and is coupling social media with a free market cryptocurrency. Users will get to use a new patent-pending tool to create, post, and share content, and sell their influence to earn crypto incentives called SPINS.

 

Spintura was founded by David Chassen and is currently in the development stage. The beta version is expected to be available in November 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. Spintura is backed by a strong and passionate team of experts and developers and is bringing in a new analytics-driven marketplace.

 

Be More Pacific Houston

 

Be More Pacific Houston, the next-big-thing in Filipino cuisine, is raising funds on NextSeed. The restaurant is a second location of the founders of a successful restaurant in Austin. Be More Pacific Houston is bringing the fresh and flavourful Filipino cuisine to the masses in the Heights neighborhood of Houston. The restaurant will also feature a bar, patio, private dining & karaoke room, and off-site catering.

 

Be More Pacific Houston is owned by Mark Pascual and Giovan Cuchapin, with Roveen Abante as the local Managing Partner. The proceeds of the crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $100,000, will be used for the interior and exterior build-out of the property inventory, marketing, etc. The business model has already proven to be successful at the Austin location and has won the Culture Map 2018 Best New Restaurant award.
