Intelligent Beverage Technology

 

Intelligent Beverage Technology, offering customizable beverages, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has a pre-money valuation of $3 million and is working on its PUSH machine. The PUSH vending machines will be powered with artificial intelligence and will be able to make custom sports drinks, including protein shakes, energy drinks, vitamin water, and weight loss drinks.

 

Intelligent Beverage Technology was founded by Tony Materna and Andrea Morara in May 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $107,000. The PUSH machines will offer personalized service to the patrons of health clubs and will also be used as advertising platforms.

 

The Beta Test

 

The Beta Test, an innovative franchise-able film concept, is raising funds on WeFunder. It is a new film about relationships, the horrors of when they are interrupted, and about finding happiness. The Beta Test has a unique storyline, superb cinematography, and engaging soundtrack. The director of The Beta Test, Jim Cummings, is an award-winning filmmaker who has won Sundance and South by Southwest for his film Thunder Road.

 

The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $120,000 and a maximum goal of $300,000, will be used for the production costs including crew, equipment, and locations, and post-production. The Beta Test looks quite attractive for investors as the makers are planning to have global theatrical, digital, and streaming release of the film.

 

Esgro

 

Esgro, with a valuation cap of $3 million, is raising funds on WunderFund. The company offers payment solutions for the gig economy and makes the payments between service providers and their customers secure, fast, and efficient. The amount to be paid is placed in a secure holding account and released after the job is completed.

 

Esgro was founded by Caleb Gilbert in 2018, and the current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000. Esgro is placed well in a booming $800 billion market and makes money through transaction fees. The company has low operational costs that keep it ahead of its competitors.

 

Incluzion. co

 

Incluzion, a talent acquisition marketplace with a pre-money valuation of $3.7 million, is raising funds on TruCrowd. The platform allows organizations to hire and pay diverse talent ranging from contract employees, contingent employees, to freelancers, on-demand workers, and permanent talent, located both in the US and abroad.

 

Incluzion was founded by Jibril Sulaiman and Maxine Cain and has already raised $47,000 in previous rounds of funding. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. Incluzion has strategic partnerships with various diversity-focused startups and is encouraging freelancers to join its platform.

 

Cityzenith

 

Cityzenith, with a valuation cap of $12 million, is raising funds on Republic. It is a platform that can be used to create virtual replicas of physical buildings and covers the complete lifecycle of the building from design to operations. Cityzenith uses an innovative technology called digital twinning to create the 3D replicas.

 

The company was founded by Michael Jansen in 2009 and has raised over $6 million in previous rounds of funding. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used to improve the profitability of Cityzenith. The company already has reputed customers including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Prologis, and has global projects under contract in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

 

Jumpstart

 

Jumpstart, with a valuation cap of $7.5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company offers event-based insurance to people against natural disasters. The parametric insurance of Jumpstart provides low-cost and hassle-free insurance that is democratizing disaster insurance. Jumpstart was founded by Kate Stillwell in November 2015 and launched direct-to-customer in October 2018.

 

The company has already raised $1 million in seed funding in previous rounds while the current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. Jumpstart is the first company offering insurance for earthquakes in the US and has grown 60% of its business through customer referrals.

 

GroundSwell SPC

 

GroundSwell SPC, with a valuation cap of $8 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is empowering people to do more good as part of their daily transactions. GroundSwell helps in redirecting processing fees charged by merchants to good causes and, thus, converting transaction fees to donations.

 

The company was founded by Daniel Rubano and has already received $1.3 million in funding from previous campaigns. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $107,000. GroundSwell is the first-ever platform to allow people to support important causes without giving additional donations.

 

Dental Genie

 

Dental Genie, an online marketplace for dentists and patients, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The company has a valuation cap of $5 million and is working towards making dental work affordable and accessible. Dental Genie platform provides ratings, reviews, and pricing of the dentists, and allows patients and dentists to find one another through full transparency.

 

Dental Genie was founded by Dr. Ryan Wallin, an award-winning dentist with years of experience. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a total round size of $1,070,000, will be used for marketing & sales, app & systems development, additional personnel, and admin & legal. Dental Genie already has an active trial program in Phoenix with more than 100 dentists and more than 600 patients.
