Dome Audio

Dome Audio, the manufacturer of disruptive technology headphones with a valuation cap of $16 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company holds multiple patents for the proprietary technology that it uses to create the surround sound, Bluetooth-enabled, bone conduction, and dual fidelity headphones. The Dome headphones offer a unique experience to the music lovers. Dome Audio was founded by Ben White and has already raised $200,000 in seed funding.

The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $500,000, and the proceeds will be used for general and administrative expenses, marketing, customer care, research and development, and manufacturing. Dome Audio has already established strategic partnerships with NBA and NFL players, agents, and managers, in addition to its partnership with music legend Thomas Dawson.

ElectroSpit

ElectroSpit, the manufacturer of new-generation talkbox instrument, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company has a valuation cap of $5 million and manufactures mobile and portable talkbox instruments. ElectroSpit’s first product, ESX-1 talkbox, allows users to play music without using complicated instruments. ElectroSpit was founded by Bosko Kante and Maya Kante and has raised $113,000 since its founding.

The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, and the proceeds will be used for campaign marketing, manufacturing, and general working capital. ElectroSpit product has and will be used by Grammy award-winning singers including Skrillex, Bruno Mars, and David Guetta, and the company has already received 433 pre-orders.

Subverse

Subverse, with a valuation cap of $15 million, is raising crowdfunding on WeFunder. The company runs a decentralized news network that is focused on providing good-faith coverage of global issues in the form of balanced reporting. Subverse produces about four new videos per week, covering global and national topics with utmost honesty and integrity. Subverse was founded by Timothy Pool and Emily Molli in 2019.

The current crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used for hiring, marketing, technology development, and business development. Subverse already has over 130,000 subscribers and garners over 2.7 million views per month.

NeatMEETS

NeatMEETS, with a post-money valuation of $2 million, is raising funds on WunderFund. NeatMEETS is a social travel application that is reinventing travel booking and allowing travelers to use hotels as the public meet-up spaces. It will enable travelers, especially business travelers, to meet people with similar interests and spend time with them.

NeatMEETS was founded by George VonAllmen and Don Farrell and has raised $56,000 previously in pre-seed funding. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $20,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, and the proceeds will be used for the development of the application, sales and marketing, and general working capital. NeatMEETS is expected to be launched in 2020 and has a goal of 1,000 reservation per month, bringing in revenues of $15,000.
