Seat Amigo, a social networking app for air travelers, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has a pre-money valuation of $4 million and allows Southwest Airlines passengers to connect, meet, and sit together. The app is currently in BETA stage and aims to build business and social connections on Southwest Airlines. Seat Amigo was founded by Rusty Shaffer in August 2018.

 

The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $107,000, will be used for product development, research, and further growth. Seat Amigo app is easy to use, safe and will provide an excellent environment for networking in the sky.

 

Como Audio


Como Audio, an audio company with a pre-money valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on WeFunder. The company manufactures and sells smart speakers that represent high quality, beautiful design, and diverse capabilities. Como Audio has four products in the market, including Solo, Duetto, Musica, and Amico. The company was founded by Thomas DeVesto and has established itself well in the market.

 

The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,000,000, will be used to launch two new products, Speakeasy and Turntable. Como Audio already has more than 330 dealers and retailers in 25 countries and reported nearly $2 million in sales last year.

 

Generation Genius, Inc.

 

Generation Genius, with a pre-money valuation of $9 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is revolutionizing the world of digital learning through its high-quality educational content for schools. Generation Genius is like Netflix for the classroom and contains original content for Grades 3-5 science.

 

Generation Genius was founded by Dr. Jeff Vinokur and Eric S. Rollman. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used to increase the amount of content and sales. Generation Genius has promising growth potential and is becoming the perfect destination for educational entertainment.

 

Alta Zero Emission Solutions, Inc.


Alta Zero Emission Solutions, a vendor of eco-friendly transportation, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company markets and sell eCars, eTrucks, and eBuses in North America and throughout the world. Alta Zero Emission Solutions has been granted access to all the Chinese manufacturing and industrial companies that deal in electric battery and electric mobility technology.

 

Alta Zero Emission Solutions was founded by Paul Hobbs in 2018 and is the successor to Global Electric Transportation. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $107,000, will be used to pay the shipping and logistics costs for delivering e-vehicles in Mexico. Alta Zero Emission Solutions has an excellent marketing strategy and has purchase contracts and exclusive agreements with many noteworthy companies.

 

Neurohacker Collective

 

Neurohacker Collective, with a valuation cap of $45 million, is raising funds on WeFunder. The company manufactures supplements and wellness products with a difference. Instead of interfering the body functions, the products of Neurohacker Collective support body’s ability to self-regulate.

 

All the products are based on a unique methodology developed through extensive research and development. Neurohacker Collective was founded by James Schmachtenberger, Daniel Schmachtenberger, and Jordan Greenhall in 2015. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $100,000. Neurohacker Collective seems to be a good investment as it has already generated over $13 million in lifetime sales and the products are being sold to over 50 countries.
