NexGenT is raising funds independently through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company provides next-generation training and software to empower the next generation of learners globally. The flagship product of NexGenT is the NGT Academy that provides the experience, skills, and knowledge necessary to maintain jobs in the IT industry. The academy provides live cohort programs, customized enterprise IT training, and a talent marketplace. Terry Kim and Jacob Hess founded NexGenT in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has no minimum target and a maximum target of $72,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, sales channel expansion, international and product expansion, technology development, and working capital.
