NileBuilt is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Dalmore Group as the Broker-Dealer. It is a tech-enabled real estate development company with a special focus on net-zero, non-combustible, and resilient communities. NileBuilt manufactures all of its building components on-site and eliminates the need for extensive logistics and transportation. The business plans to form a land bank for large-scale developments and secure a building strategy across Southern California. Scott Long and Manoj Krishan founded NileBuilt in 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $75 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, land acquisition and development, licensing fees, working capital, and research and development.
