Pajama Factory spans 300,000 square feet and is located in the City of Williamsport in Pennsylvania and will be developed into individual spaces for artists’ studios and retail, living, and community-facility spaces. The development is expected to have a huge demand due to its location as it is located close to convenience stores, a park, churches, antique stores, and public bus transportation. Mark Winkelman founded Pajama Factory in June 2007. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $150,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the cost of construction.
