Pixi Plus, with a valuation of $5.2 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. It is a new app that gives personalized movies and shows recommendations across all the streaming apps in one place. Pixi Plus gives suggestions when the users are watching alone or when watching with others, keeping in mind what everyone will love. The app completed its private beta version in late fall 2023 and signed an enterprise-level contract with a leading global database in December 2023. Brett Bergen and Marvin Miao Wang founded Pixi Plus in March 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $375,001. The campaign proceeds will be used for software engineering, data licensing, technology platforms, marketing, recruitment, and legal expenses.
