Retrieve Medical has been developed by physicians for physicians and brings all patient information, including pertinent comorbidities and other medical records, to the physician’s computer screen and helps them make a complete diagnosis in less time. The platform is revolutionizing healthcare documentation using AI and creating an optimal healthcare experience for both patients and their providers. Dr. Mark Rosenberg and Jerry Swon founded Retrieve Medical in December 2007. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $5,000 and a maximum target of $3 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for research and development, marketing and sales, legal and accounting fees, working capital, loan repayment, and general and administrative expenses.
