StackRack, with a valuation of $40 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company has a patent-pending portfolio of products that keep buildings connected to electrical grids. StackRack’s smart battery system provides battery solutions for commercial, residential, industrial, and utility-scale projects. The current customers of StackRack include 25 solar installers and sales groups and have generated $1 million in revenue. Seth Bradley founded StackRack in June 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for inventory financing, marketing, staffing, research and development, facility expansion, patents, and managerial compensation.
