Stride Development lowers utility costs and reduces carbon emissions to improve residents’ health and create safe spaces. The buildings of Stride Development are affordable, future- and inflation-proof, and lower energy use and bills by 90%. Tyrone Grandstrand founded Stride Development in August 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $950,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for affordable housing application fees and requirements, architect and design expenses, and land purchase costs.
