Succession Fermentory is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a mission-driven brewery and fermentory in Avondale, Pennsylvania, that specializes in cider, farmhouse-style beer, and fermented fruit beverages. Succession Fermentory brews with 100% locally and regionally sourced ingredients and also incorporates honey from StellaLou Farm’s apiary into many of its fermented beverages. The business supports regional agriculture and has received recognition in many publications. Justin Kerber, Benjamin Devon, and Keith Hartwig founded Succession Fermentory in July 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $50,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for purchasing kitchen equipment, new draft lines, bar equipment, furniture, and serveware, refinancing high-interest debt, and construction materials for the taproom.
