Sweet Almond is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a bakery in the District of Columbia, Washington, that specializes in French macarons. The business makes macarons for parties, gifting, or satisfying people’s sweet tooth. The macarons are available in a variety of flavors, including peach, coconut, key lime, cinnamon roll, cookies and cream, strawberry cheesecake, and more. Leah Culley founded Sweet Almond in October 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $40,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for retail space, hiring, marketing, purchasing a convection oven and a commercial mixer, ingredients, and working capital.
