Tesa Medical, with a valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on RedCrow through Reg D 506(b) raise. It is a medical device company enabling rapid soft tissue tensioning and fixation. The patented technology of Test Medical, CordaSet, enables physicians to mitigate downstream consequences for ACL reconstruction procedures through rapid tensioning and fixation of soft tissues.
