About this raise
The Pickleball Club, with a valuation cap of $17 million, is raising funds on Republic. The club is being developed to be the premier membership-based indoor pickleball facility in the United States. The first two clubs are under development in Sarasota, Florida. Brian McCarthy and Matthew Gordon founded The Pickleball Club in November 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $5,000,000, will be used to complete the development of new locations, augment the corporate development team, and add more locations. The Pickleball Club already has 600 people on the membership waitlist for Sarasota clubs. Each club will include indoor courts, a pro shop, and a juice bar.
