Aurochs Brewing, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The brewery makes great-tasting gluten-free craft beer. The beers are brewed with millet, quinoa, and other gluten-free ingredients. They are sold through direct walk-up sales to the tasting rooms or through wholesalers. Aurochs Brewing has grown 800% in the past four years and is ready to expand into 38 states. Ryan Bove and Doug Foster founded Aurochs Brewing in 2012. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $525,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to expand distribution, launch new products, implement cost reductions, and pay down old debt.
