BrewDog, with a valuation of $350 million, is raising funds on Wefunder through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company brews extraordinary craft beers and has craft beer bars. The Ohio headquarters of BrewDog include its brewery building, the DogTap taproom and restaurant, an outdoor patio, a visitor center, and a take-out beer store. BrewDog started in Europe and came to the US in 2015. In the US, it also has an interactive Craft Beer museum, a craft beer hotel, and a sour facility. James Watt and Martin Dickie founded BrewDog in 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has no minimum target and a maximum target of $50,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for salaries and wages, construction, working capital, marketing, office expenses, product development, utilities, licenses, and accounting expenses.
