The company is modernizing IRA investing through promoting digital self-directed IRA. The company’s platform allows individuals to set up their IRA to invest in alternative assets, including private equity, private funds, venture capital, cryptocurrency, securitized art, and more. AltoIRA has more than 1,230 active users with over 3,000 active investments and more than $75 million in assets under custody. The company has also partnered with 21 investment platforms, including AngelList, Republic, and Masterworks. Eric Satz founded AltoIRA in April 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $17,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.
