Avenify is raising funds independently through Reg D 506(b) crowdfunding. The company is revolutionizing the student financing market as a marketplace lending platform for Income Share Agreements. Avenify helps the students fund their education through ISAs rather than traditional loans. By doing so, students do not need to pay interest on loans; instead, they share a fixed percentage of their income with the company for a stipulated period of time. Justin Potts and Timo Sheridan founded Avenify in July 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $1,000 and a maximum target of $98,500. The campaign proceeds will be used for salaries to the management team.
