About this raise
Jet Token, with a post-money valuation of $46 million, is raising funds on StartEngine through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a private jet booking and membership platform that can also be used to book a commercial airline ticket. Jet Token also plans to introduce blockchain technology into the private jet aviation industry, using which the users with 25-hour memberships will have an option to sell their unused time to other users. Jet Token was founded by Mike Winston and has already raised over $1 million in previous rounds of funding. The current funding round has no minimum raise and a maximum raise of $10,000,000, and the proceeds will be used for development and expansion, marketing, and acquisition of certain business jet aircraft. Jet Token has signed a deposit agreement with Honda Aircraft Company for the lease of up to four HondaJets and has a letter of intent with Gama Aviation for the management, maintenance, and operation of the HondaJets.
