SongVest is raising funds independently through Reg A+ crowdfunding. It is a music marketplace that allows fans and investors to purchase fractional shares of royalties from their favorite songs and artists. The users get to view SongShares, review auction details and financial highlights, and place their bids. SongVest is not only an investment platform but also a central hub for music fans to help boost streaming and other revenue streams of artists and record labels. Sean Peace and Alexander Guiva founded SongVest in March 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $33 million and a maximum target of $66 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the acquisition of music royalty assets.
